BRE Services was engaged to upgrade an existing ladder system by integrating a compliant platform and handrail solution in accordance with Australian safety standards. The project required close collaboration with European-based engineers to ensure alignment with global specifications while enabling efficient local execution.
Using client-supplied drawings, BRE fabricated the platform and handrail components in-house, employing precision laser-cutting and fabrication techniques before final finishing and painting. The existing ladder was carefully dismantled, modified, and reassembled to accommodate the new platform structure and meet compliance requirements.
Following the ladder modifications, the platform was securely installed onto the air filter unit, and the ladder was remounted to provide safe and reliable access. This solution not only met Australian regulatory standards but also aligned with the client’s international safety expectations.
By managing the project locally, BRE eliminated the need for overseas deployment, delivering cost savings and minimizing operational disruption. The result was a fully compliant, safe, and efficient access system—demonstrating BRE’s commitment to quality, safety, and collaborative delivery.
