BRE Industrial Products – Goods Return Policy

At BRE Industrial Products, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. If you need to return goods, please review the following return policy to ensure a smooth and efficient process:

1. Return Authorisation

All returns must be pre-approved by BRE Industrial Products. Before returning any item, the buyer must complete a Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) Form, which will be provided upon request. This completed form must be included with the returned goods and referenced in all related correspondence.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
  • Custom made or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or credit note issued.

4. Freight Costs

  • All freight costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • BRE Industrial Products is not liable for any loss or damage incurred during return transit. It is recommended that returns be sent via a traceable and insured method.

5. Inspection and Credit Processing

  • Once returned goods are received and inspected by our team, and found to be in acceptable condition, a credit note will be issued less the restocking fee.
  • BRE Industrial Products reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
