BRE Services successfully delivered the electrical installation of a high-speed bottling line for a long-term client—one of the world’s leading German OEMs in the food and beverage industry. The project encompassed the full production line, from de-stacking through to labelling, filling, and palletising, ensuring a seamless and punctual installation.
Our team managed the strategic placement of Main Switchboards (MSBs) and Motor Control Cabinets (MCCs) around the production line, and installed cable trays and ducting to interconnect all machinery and devices. Over 1,000 cables were roughed in, terminated, and labelled with precision.
BRE also led the testing and commissioning phase, working closely with the client’s technicians to validate system performance. We provided all required testing documentation and facilitated communication between the OEM and the end user to ensure alignment and transparency.
With a dedicated team of over 20 personnel—including apprentices, A-grade electricians, and project supervisors—BRE delivered a high-quality, end-to-end solution that met the client’s expectations and reinforced our reputation for excellence in complex industrial installations.
