BRE Services were engaged to design, install and commission a SCADA & MES system to connect and provide visibility of multi-vendor machines in state-of-the-art crate washing facilities for our client in four locations across Australia.
A key part of the project scope was the design and installation of a robust industrial network utilising Allen-Bradley Stratix managed switches with REP (Resilient Ethernet Protocol) as the crucial backbone for inter-machine communication.
Wonderware Line Performance Suite (based on System Platform) was used as the SCADA/MES system to capture critical machine parameters, track machine downtime and monitor performance delivering OEE dashboards at the machine, line, site and national level.
A hybrid on-premise & cloud architecture was utilised to allow centralised data collection and easy connectivity and visualisation through a single platform for our clients users based all over Australia.
