Brendan Buchan is Chief Operating Officer at BRE Services, where he leads the operational capability behind the company’s growth in industrial automation, advanced manufacturing and large-scale project delivery.
His leadership is shaped by a rare mix of trade, technical and operational experience. Brendan began his career as an electrician before developing into a network engineer and moving into senior leadership, giving him a practical understanding of how complex industrial projects move from the tools to the systems, to the strategic decisions that influence delivery.
Over his 15 years with BRE Services, Brendan has helped guide the business from a respected industrial solutions provider into an integrated company delivering multimillion-dollar automation projects for leading Australian blue-chip organisations.
Today, automation is a significant and growing part of BRE’s work, supported by teams operating across electrical, mechanical, automation and industrial network environments.
His experience across every layer of the business has given him clear framework to harness different forms of capability across BRE Services’ workforce.
